The Good Ocean

Members of The Good Ocean are vetted based on their conservation, ethics and employment practices and aspire to meet and exceed conservation best practices across their total supply chain and within their employment ecosystems.  They are eager to learn, evolve, and implement improvements to benefit their suppliers, employees, consumers as well as the planet and the ocean.

SeaLegacy supports members of The Good Ocean in a variety of ways including bi-annual updates to our substantial mailing list, acknowledgement in our Impact Report, internal monthly updates on member and SeaLegacy initiatives & activities, a donation acknowledgement on our social channels and bespoke access to our co-founder, Cristina Mittermeier.

Funds raised through The Good Ocean support impact grants to organizations leading on-the-ground projects that conserve our oceans, while building a more just and equitable planet for all. Funds from this community also support the creation of impact media that contributes significantly to a multitude of conservation wins at a policy and global leadership level.
